Dining room

The interior design of beautiful apartment in Amsterdam by i29 Architects. This single-family apartment for four people is situated in a stately building in southern Amsterdam, NL. The original structure, with rooms for staff, a double hall and long hallways with lots of doors has been transformed into a spacious, transparent dwelling full of light and air.

A steel staircase links the living room to the owner’sv private space underneath the roof.

The kitchen in combination with cabinets from floor to ceiling has laser-cut front panels, all spray painted white.

SANTPERE47 is a typical Barcelona’s apartment of the end of the 19th century that was recently renovated by Miel Architects. As any other apartment should, it features very creative space saving storage solutions. There are 2.20 meter high ceilings so the open plan living room features a staircase that leads mezzanines of storage and bottle racks. Besides, that staircase is also full of built-in storage for books and shoes. The apartment also has a very interesting golden art craft ceiling in the dining room which looks like it’s covered with a carpet. Did you know for £50k you can buy a Micro house – 8ft of living space….? “The micro house is a lightweight compact dwelling for one or two people. The micro house has compact dimensions of 2.6m cube making it adaptable to a variety of sites and circumstances, and its functioning spaces; sleeping, working / dining, cooking and hygiene, make it suitable for everyday use.” say M-ch.

The micro house has a timber frame structure with anodised aluminium external cladding. It is insulated with polyurethane and fitted with aluminium frame double glazed windows. The front door is fitted with double lock security and graphics can be applied for sponsors, exhibition and business use.
The micro house measures just 266cm x 266cm x 266cm. The ceiling height is 198cm and the door width is 60cm.
M-ch units are available to purchase for delivery to geographical Europe at a guide price of EUR 25,000 to EUR 34,000 (subject to contract). This price includes all interior fittings. Subject to site conditions, the price excludes delivery, installation, connection to services, consultant’s fees and taxes.

The m-ch is delivered from our production centre in Austria and we advise an average of 8-10 weeks delivery from the date of order.
